Software that fits how you
already work
AccountedPro designs and builds custom applications, integrations and modules on Frappe and ERPNext — then documents and supports what we ship.
What we do
Three kinds of work, one underlying idea: the people who know the business shouldn't need a developer for every change.
Custom applications
Purpose-built apps for the parts of your operation no off-the-shelf product covers — designed around your actual process rather than a vendor's assumption of it.
Integrations
Connecting your ERP to the systems around it, so data moves on its own instead of being re-keyed. APIs, scheduled syncs, webhooks, and the error handling that keeps them honest.
Custom modules
New capability added inside your existing ERP, using the framework's own permission, workflow and reporting layers — not bolted on beside them.
Our apps
Work that proved general enough to become a product. Each one ships with full documentation.
Advanced Listview
Replaces Frappe's list view with one you configure instead of code. Status pills, per-row buttons, KPI cards, grouping with totals and inline editing — all settings.
Frappe appAdvanced Permission
No-code access control per DocType — which rows a person sees, which fields inside them, and what they can do. Enforced across the Desk, the REST API and MCP.
Frappe appAdvanced MCP
Exposes a Frappe or ERPNext site to AI assistants over the Model Context Protocol — every call under the signed-in user's own permissions.
How we work
Understand the process first
Before any code, we map what actually happens today — including the exceptions and the spreadsheet everyone quietly relies on.
Build on the framework, not around it
Permissions, workflow, reporting and audit come from the platform. That keeps what we build upgradeable instead of frozen in place.
Make it configurable
Wherever it's reasonable, a change should be a setting someone in the business can make — not a ticket that waits on a developer.
Document and support it
Everything we ship comes with written documentation, so the knowledge doesn't live only in the head of whoever built it.
Have something that doesn't fit off the shelf?
Tell us what the process looks like today and where it breaks down. We'll tell you honestly whether custom software is the right answer.
